Our amazing little girl was suddenly taken from us one fateful night in the most tragic of circumstances.    Sadie had several cardiac arrests that evening and we later found out this was caused by a huge tumour in her chest. She was eventually diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Lymphoma/Leukemia, a very rare type of cancer.
   
Up until her last breath, she was so active and so full of energy. Sadie had a terrible cough which doctors diagnosed as a chest infection, this was the only sign that anything was wrong with her. She never complained of any pain and she was running around and playing as normal.     Our strong little girl was taken so suddenly, we didn't get to say goodbye.
